Count the busiest movement
Split passengers by pickup area, shift, direction and day. Distinguish registered headcount from simultaneous demand and note weekend or seasonal changes. Where shifts share vehicles, record each arrival and departure before evaluating whether one vehicle can serve both.
Review pickup points and site access
Provide meeting points, workplace entrances, vehicle access limits, waiting areas and drop-off locations. Include gathering, boarding and gate procedures. Map distance is one part of the cycle; service time, stops and return travel also affect vehicle availability.
Define returns and changes
Set arrangements for overtime, absence, headcount changes or new accommodation, including who communicates them and when. Distinguish routine adjustments from changes requiring proposal review. Vehicle choice follows confirmed capacity, baggage, route and journey duration.
Send one schedule for review
Use a schedule listing day, shift, pickup, passengers, required arrival and return. Add contract duration, coordination contact and qualification requirements. Compare options against the complete operating pattern rather than seat count alone.
